Selections
I post the selections from 5pm the evening before.
For Flat Races (48 hour declarations) it can be from noon the previous day

Yes. All subscribers will receive an email the evening before notifying them of the following days selections.

Betting
I would recommend a Starting Bank of at least 100pts and backing each selection at 1pt Each Way.
This gives an initial bank of 50 bets.
e.g. If you intend backing the selections at £1 a point (£1ew) you will need a starting bank of £100.For £5 a point (£5ew) it will be £500. For £10 a point (£10ew) it will be £1000 etc.

Depending on the quality of the racing and the number of meetings taking place it can vary between 0 - 10.
